Survivor Programs

Have you – or someone close to you – recently experienced some form of heart disease or a stroke? You don’t have to take the road to recovery alone! The Foundation’s two survivor programs, Heart to Heart (for anyone who has had a heart attack, heart surgery or angina) and Living With Stroke are multi-week group programs for the survivor and their spouse or caregiver, and focus on sharing the journey back with others who are also recovering. They are offered in many Saskatchewan communities. Click on the program name above to learn more.
